Ingredients

For the Patties:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Make the Jalapeño Cream Cheese Spread:

    • In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder.
