Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken Recipe


 This creamy Tuscan garlic chicken is a rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy garlic sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. It’s quick to make and perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  2. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir to combine.

  3. Add the Spinach and Parmesan: Bring the mixture to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes, until thickened.

  4. Combine & Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
